フロントカバー取外し

フロントカバーの取外しを行いました。

フロントカバーにドライブギアのベアリングが挿入してあるので，そのままでは抜けません。

また，変にこじったりするとフロントカバーはアルミの薄肉鋳物なので割れる可能性があります。

そこで，カバーの取り付けネジ台座を利用して，二つのギアシャフトを押してカバーを均等に抜き取る工具を作成しました。

今回は鉄板をレーザーで切り出して、適当なネジを使用して出来上がりです。

これを使って、フロントカバーも綺麗に抜き取ることができました。

取り外してみると，ベアリングが想像以上に酷い状態です。

完全にバラバラの状態で，金属が粉になっています。オイルパン側にも落ちている可能性があります（ギアに擦れた跡がある）が，破片は見当たりません。

オイルに流されて、オイルパン側にあるのか，フィルターで回収されたのか。

エンジン内部側のシールは生き残っていたので、大きな破片は落ちてない可能性もあります。

スナップリングを取り外した時点でベアリングは崩壊してしまいました。

Also, the front cover may be divided Prying so thin aluminum castings.

Therefore, using the mounting screws of the cover, pull out and created a tool to press the cover evenly the two gear shafts.

This is a laser cut out of sheet metal, is ready to use the appropriate screws.

 

Use it in good front cover withdrawn.

 

Looking removable, bearing condition than I expected worse.

Completely disjointed state, has a metallic powder. May have fallen to the oil pan (rubbed some marks on the gear), but pieces are missing.

Been swept into the oil, or oil pan on the side, what was recovered in the filter.

The seal inside the engine because it was surviving large fragments could not have fallen.

As you remove the snap ring bearing collapsed.
